The name Xandari was introduced by visionary architect and sculptor Sherrill Broudy, who created one of Costa Rica’s premier hideaway resorts; the name implies elegance, simplicity, tranquility. Xandari Pearl embodies these key attributes on one of Kerala’s loveliest beaches. Mararikulam is rated one of the top five “Hammock Beaches” in the world by National Geographic.
Our 18-acre coastal estate offers 20 villas designed for privacy and relaxation, 5 with plunge pools. Each villa is contained within large private garden yards, and offer outdoor showers, hammocks, chaise longue and private dining.
