India is known as the Home of Art. This is because of its rich art forms that are well distinguished from each other. The art forms are linked with heritage, history, and religion.The main dance forms are Bharatanatyam and it originates from Tamilnadu. Kadhakali hails from Kerala. THere are many other dance forms like odyssey and Kuchipudi.  All these forms of dance have their storytelling and narration. These are played by dancers with years of expertise and learning. 

The music and art forms of the country are famous throughout the world. Hindustani, Ghazal, and Carnatic music have their lovers spread across the globe. The singers of these music forms have a wide fan base all over the country.

Cinema and Art are interrelated in India. Music and Dance are widely used as a part of Indian cinema, without which the Cinema industry cannot exist. Along with storytelling, Songs and dance moves are part of Bollywood, Kollywood, and all major regional film industries. 

The Art forms have their significance in Indian tourism. The tourists who are interested in these forms, start learning these art forms and spread their learning to others by opening workshops or dance schools. As a result of this rich heritage of art forms and cultural significance,  the memories of a trip to India are a memorable one.
